Biography
Dr. Hans Dulimarta is a professor in the College of Computing. His research spans computational geometry, geometric computing, physics-based computer graphics, and full stack mobile and web development. In the last five years, he has been actively collagorating with a GVSU Mathematics professor to develop Spherical Easel, a web application for geometry computation and modelling on a sphere.
Dr. Dulimarta is passionate about teaching and regularly offers courses in computer graphics, web application programming, and operating systems concepts. Outside of the classroom, he enjoys being a proud grandfather, exploring jazz improvisation—especially Indonesian oldies, mainstream jazz, and Christian worship music.
