C-Wing Conference Room Schedule
The C-Wing Conference Room is located in the Mackinac Hall of GVSU's Valley campus. The conference and meeting room is a Zoom room with a Smart whiteboard, 62 inch HD display, power outlets and capacity for groups of eight or less.
To schedule this room, follow the steps below:
College of Computing Faculty/Staff
Add MAK C-2-204 to the location in your Outlook meeting. If the room is available, your meeting will be automatically approved. Outlook will automatically decline if the room is unavailable.
Non-Computing Faculty/Staff
Add MAK C-2-204 to the location in your Outlook meeting. If the room is available, our staff will receive an email to approve. Outlook will automatically decline if the room is unavailable.
