Biography
Dr. Adams’, Associate Dean of Graduate Studies and Graduate Program Director for Applied Computer Science & Data Science and Analytics, research interests include procedural content generation for games, digital humanities, and computer music. Dr. Adams is a current member of ACM. In 2020, he received the Glenn A. Niemeyer Award at Grand Valley State University; he was also a Fulbright Scholar to FH Joanneum in Graz, Austria in 2019. Dr. Adams’ personal interests include music (Irish, Scottish, old-time), dance (Scottish country, Irish set, contra), and art (watercolor, pen, and ink).
