Ken James, MPA '96, discusses the history of race relations in the United States, and his hope that we can learn from our mistakes to create a better future.

Mr. James, who holds the only Executive Diversity Certification in West Michigan, is the Director of Inclusion at the Grand Rapids Chamber.
