Leadership Award

The College of Education and Community Innovation (CECI) Leadership Award recognizes the outstanding leadership of an individual within CECI by creating vision and excellence in the College, a program, or a department.

Award Eligibility

Part-time and full-time administrator, faculty, and staff in CECI

Award Criteria

This award is based on the following criteria, which are not ranked by order of importance or exhaustive:

  • Regardless of role/title, this person leads an initiative, project, or task.
  • Keeps the agenda moving forward and includes relevant stakeholders in decisions.
  • Inspires others through their involvement and contributions.
