Indented Audience: This session is ideal for educators and teams who are just beginning their Peer to Peer journey, as well as those already implementing Peer to Peer who may benefit from additional guidance on specific components.

Description: Bring your lunch and join us for a session on how Peer to Peer programs support inclusion, student success, and positive school culture. Designed as a foundation or refresher, this Lunch and Learn introduces key tools like the Peer to Peer Playbooks, the Friendship Formula, and “Participation vs. Helping” models. Participants will leave with ready-to-use resources and time for Q&A to plan next steps for launching or strengthening Peer to Peer in their own setting.

Please note: This session is not a substitute for the Peer to Peer Foundations Series, which will be offered again in fall 2026. Rather, it serves as an additional layer of support for teams preparing to launch Peer to Peer or those in need of a refresher.
