When Viola Pagnani was invited to moderate the Winter 2025 Meijer Lecture Series, she didn't anticipate how it would shape her professional path. Chosen for her background in veterinary medicine and her passion for community engagement, Viola helped highlight the mission of Vetr Health, a startup based in Grand Rapids that provides accessible in-home veterinary care. Through her connection with the event's keynote speakers, Viola has now joined the Vetr Health team as their Business Development Coordinator. In this role, she is focused on expanding the reach of Vetr's compassionate and high-quality services across the region. Viola's Laker for a Lifetime mindset was strengthened through her involvement with the @cookleadershipacademy. The experience gave her lasting friendships, mentorship, and a deepened commitment to positive community impact. She is proud to be among the 76 percent of GVSU graduates who choose to live and serve in West Michigan after graduation.
