I'm excited to share that my article, Project Elevate and Codesigning the Talent Pipeline, has been co-published in the national COABE Journal, a peer-reviewed publication intended to be a primary learning and inspiration resource for adult educators.

This publication represents the culmination of a collaborative project to develop statewide curriculum for adult education micro credentials, helping create more structured pathways for adult learners to build skills, earn credentials, and connect their learning to career opportunities. It has been rewarding to be part of this work and contribute to a project that brings together adult education and workforce development. I'm proud to see the work shared on a national platform and to have the opportunity to contribute to conversations about innovative approaches to adult education and career pathways.
