At the 2025 WMPRSA PRoof Awards, I was deeply honored to be named Outstanding Emerging Professional, a recognition that reflects not only my individual growth as a public relations professional but also the incredible mentors and community that have shaped my journey. I also received a Gold PRoof Award in the Internal Communications category for Holland Engineering's Battle of the Departments campaign--an initiative I led to boost employee participation and build a stronger office culture. These awards were a full-circle moment, especially as someone who started with WMPRSA as a student and now serves on the board.
