Return home on October 6 to Grand Valley's beautiful Allendale Campus! Homecoming is the perfect time to show your Grand Valley pride and remember what it truly means to be a Laker for a Lifetime. So join us, and take a walk down memory lane at this year’s Vintage Valley themed Homecoming.

Tailgate with Us!
Reunite with fellow Lakers and enjoy a casual, family-friendly
Alumni Tailgate and Beer Garden before the Lakers take on the Dixie
State Trailblazers. We’ll meet at the outdoor basketball courts for
entertainment, an all-you-can-eat buffet, beer garden, kid’s
activities, pep rally, free gifts, and more! The cost is $15 adults
(13+) / $5 kids (4-12) / free for our little Lakers (3 & under).
Prices will increase by $5 at the door. Alcoholic beverages are an
additional fee. Coolers are permitted but no glass bottles are allowed.

Get Moving in the Homecoming 5K Run/Walk!
The GVSU Homecoming 5K Run/Walk course is a flat, fast course
that shows off the beauty of the Grand Valley Campus in the fall. The
race will take place at 9 a.m. and is $25 for adults and $20 for GVSU
students, price increases $5 per participant after September 21. All
participants receive a post-race breakfast. Non-participants may
purchase the breakfast for $10 at the door. There is also a free Kids
Fun Run at 10 a.m. inside the Kelly Family Sports Center for our
future Lakers!

Join Us for a Homecoming Brunch!
New this year, we will be hosting a brunch on the Allendale
Campus! Start the Homecoming festivities by reconnecting with fellow
alumni over delicious food, a mimosa, and listening to a featured
speaker. The brunch will begin at Kirkhof Center at 9:30 a.m.
