Lewandoski's Market

Business Logo

Our market has been a fixture on Grand Rapids' West Side since 1923 and came into its own in 1948, thanks to the man we call Uncle Ray. From a family of meat market owners, Ray Lewandoski gave everything to his store to offer his neighbors the highest-quality products for their everyday meals.
Lewandoski's roots run deep, and it's our mission to keep that history and Polish heritage alive by continuing to make his incomparable recipes like fresh and smoked Kielbasa, and Krakowska while also sharing some of our favorites like pierogies, kapusta, Italian sausage, and chorizo. We also have fresh cuts of Certified Hereford Beef, fresh pork, chicken, and imported grocery items from Poland. We're foodies who believe everyone deserves to eat well.
While we've been at the corner of Walker and Powers Avenues for a century, you'll find Lewandoski's throughout the West Side. We are preservers of the past and stewards to maintain Lewandoski's as a staple in the community by working with local organizations, to partnering with other small businesses in the neighborhood. We will always step up in our community because that's just the West Side.
