The ancient practice of sound healing is based on the principle that everything in the universe is comprised of energy and vibration, and that sound can be used to balance this energy inside each of us. Sound healing practices can harmonize the multiple frequencies running throughout our bodies by using specific frequencies to stimulate our natural healing mechanisms.

Different frequencies are believed or proven to have different healing effects, so sound healing practitioners use various instruments to produce these frequencies on and/or around the body to promote healing.
