If you do not know your username or your current password, or if you want to change your password, point your browser to http://www.mail.gvsu.edu/ and click on 'Reset/Change Your Password'. You will be taken to Banner to change your password. If you need additional assistance, you can contact the Computing and Technology Support HelpDesk at 616-331-2101. The HelpDesk cannot unlock student accounts.
