Art Historian Michael Jay McClure visits the Art and Design Department for Art Talk

The Visiting Artist Committee is sponsoring a talk by Dr. Michael Jay McClure on Tuesday, Nov. 17th at 6 p.m. in CAC 1815 (Sculpture).

Michael Jay McClure teaches the history and theory of contemporary art in the Departments of Art and Art History at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He has written on the work of Matthew Barney, Felix Gonzalez-Torres, Pipilotti Rist, Jasper Johns, Pierre Huyghe, Roni Horn, and the dancer Jonah Bokaer, among others.
