GVSU CERAMICS & ART EDUCATION PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT DAY

Grand Valley State University Ceramics program offers to help and support the implementation of high-quality professional development programs for K-12 arts educators and other instructional staff by using innovative instructional methods and current knowledge from education research, and by focusing on the development, enhancement, or expansion of K-12 art programs in Ceramics.
The Ceramics program will invite Art Teachers from Michigan K-12 schools to GVSU Ceramics studio for educational and experiential projects. The projects will provide a hands-on encounter with clay as well as share with art teachers the vast array of opportunities that are available to them within the field of ceramic art.
