Biography
John Schmit is a documentary filmmaker, focusing primarily on issues related to environmental sustainability. His latest work is Lake Invaders: The Fight For Lake Huron. His work ranges from nonfiction to experimental in a pursuit to infuse documentary with formal sophistication. His work has been selected for numerous film festivals and broadcast. He teaches courses in video production, documentary, and audio production.
