About
Katie holds a Master’s in Christian Formation & Ministry from Wheaton College and a B.A. in Social Work from Hope College. She’s been building community on college campuses since her days as a resident director and currently brings that passion to Grand Valley, where she joined in 2022 after serving as Director of Campus Engagement at Cornerstone University.
Katie thrives on creating meaningful programming and spaces where students feel connected and at home. As a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, she loves helping students uncover their unique strengths and step confidently into who they’re becoming.
When she’s not on campus, you’ll find her outdoors, soaking up Lake Michigan views, or hanging out with her pup, Jack, or her friends & family.
