About
Leah Erben is the Marketing Communications Manager for the GVSU Promotions Office and Office of Student Life, working to promote GVSU events, encourage students to utilize campus resources, and help students get involved on campus. They lead all Student Life marketing initiatives, support the DSA Laker Weekly newsletter, and help manage and mentor 40+ student staff focused on marketing, graphic design, film and video production, and photography. Leah started working in Student Life as a student writer in 2018, graduated with a B.A. in writing in 2021, and has continued working in Student Life ever since. They're known for their writing skills, creative marketing strategies, and for being very tall (6’3”, if you’re wondering).
