Preston Saycocie

Preston Saycocie is a senior majoring in mechanical engineering. He is the founder and president of Astronomy Club as well as the captain of the Ultimate Frisbee team.
The goal of the Astronomy Club is to create a place where anyone interested in astronomy can come together and learn more about the universe. When asked about his experience with the organization, Preston said, “Surrounding myself around people who are enthralled by scientific discoveries and successful rocket launches helps remind me why I am here at Grand Valley in the first place.”
