Why did you become a personal trainer?

There are countless benefits to living an active lifestyle, but unfortunately, it can be difficult and even intimidating for someone who is new to fitness to know what to do or where to start.  I enjoy working with clients to help them reach their health and fitness goals, teach them how to safely perform a variety of exercises, navigate the recreation center, and to enjoy the experience!

Favorite Activities – Spending time with family, staying active, traveling, and being outdoors.

Favorite Exercise - Running and kettle bells!
