- NEW! Heavy Bag Kickboxing – Kick, punch, and strike a heavy bag while learning the fundamentals of boxing & kickboxing in a group exercise setting.
- Adult Swim Lessons – Learn to swim, improve your stroke, or train for a triathlon. Registration is now open.
- Small Group Training – Complete exercises and workouts within a small group of goal-oriented individuals lead by personal trainers. Formats are Foundations of Fitness, Strength and Conditioning, and L.I.F.T.
