We welcome you to share your ideas or comments for our fall Fitness programs in the form below.  Our scheduled Fitness programs include Group Exercise, Small Group Training (L.I.F.T., W.O.W., strength classes), and Swim lessons.

Tips for Participating Virtually

  1. Connect via Ethernet to reduce video lag. 
  2. Check your settings and mute your mic to minimize background noise.
  3. Try using an external bluetooth speaker, an aux cable, or headphones to hear your instructors better.
  4. Disconnect other devices from your house WiFi will improve your internet speed and create a better experience.
  5. Nothing can re-create the experience of an in-person class. If you are experiencing technical issues, just keep moving, try to reconnect, share feedback, and SMILE anyway!
