FrenchFest (GV Piano Chamber Series 2022-2023) - Program 1

 

We invite you to a year of musical soirées with twelve distinguished French composers and eighteen performers! 5 programs will be performed at 8 locations/13 concerts throughout the greater Grand Rapids area this year. This performance at New City Kids is an abridged version of the Program I. Repertoire will be selected from the following. For a full performance, please attend one of the two remaining performances (10/17 and 10/24).

Claude Debussy (1862-1918),  Sonata in G minor for Violin and Piano, L. 140

Gabriel Fauré (1845-1924), Piano Quartet No. 1 in C minor, Op. 15
