Application for Music Program Admission and Scholarship

Students who wish to major or minor in music at GVSU must fill out this application to be scheduled for an audition. Students interested in music scholarships are advised to audition early.

Students should plan on either mailing or bringing with them a letter of recommendation from their private teacher or ensemble director. Letters can be mailed to 1300 Haas Center for Performing Arts, 1 Campus Drive, Allendale, MI, 49401.

The deadline to apply is one month prior to each audition date. If it is less than one month out from the audition date, please contact Bridgett Vanderhoof ([email protected]) for space availability or to be put on the waitlist.
