Front Desk Reception

Description

The Front Desk Host position is responsible for taking reservations, checking in guests and serving as a concierge for guests during their stay making them feel welcome and comfortable. Also responsible for office organization, using an office computer system, and following through on tasks requiring detail and accuracy. Pay is $15-$17 per hour. Hiring full and part-time. Seasonal employment May through October.

Checking guests in and out
Taking reservations by phone
Using a computer system
Offering concierge services
Making guests feel welcome and comfortable

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, plus bonus.

Qualifications

Some education, interest in hotel management, prior reception experience preferred.
