Shift Supervisor Job Description:

• Monitor daily operations of each department, ensure cleanliness of facility, assign team members to their locations, close out cash drawer at end of shift
• Lead, hire and train staff to adhere to our high standards of customer satisfaction
• Document opening and closing procedures and report any issues such as damage or maintenance requests to management

Qualifications

• High School Diploma nor GED required
• At least 2 years’ experience in hospitality or guest services
• Excellent leader and detail-oriented
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
