Event Management Internship

Description

Our intern’s responsibility is to help get the bride’s LIKE post ceremony. Duties would include but not be limited to:

*Serve as Day of event on site coordinator

*Managing reception staff

*Evaluating current marketing efforts

*Use current bookings to define the demographics of our “Ideal Bride”

*Analyzing competitive venue offerings

*Conduct venue tours for prospective couples

*Build a rapport with client and EARN THE  “LIKE”… Aka favorable review post event.

INTERN REQUIREMENTS:

1. This is a paid internship
2. The candidate will need a car to get to our venue
3. Weekend hours are required as most of our events are on Saturday nights
4. The internship can start now and will run through November so we are looking for a local candidate OR a student who will be on campus this summer.

 

Qualifications

Previous event experience is not required. More weight will be given to the students enthusiasm and interest in the opportunity during their on sight visit to North Meadow Farms.
