Posh Petals is a full service floral, wedding planning, and event design shop based in Grand Rapids. We can help with everything from bouquets and centerpieces, to linen rentals, to event day timeline construction and execution, and everything in between! With an internship at Posh Petals, you will get a variety of experiences in wedding planning, day-of coordination, and all of the tasks that go into making a wedding day go by seamlessly.
Internship experiences and tasks include but are not limited to:
- Wedding planning assistance
- Day-of Coordination assistance
- Event set up assistance for weddings and corporate events
- Preparing hard goods (vases, candles, etc.) for the upcoming events
- Delivering floral arrangements and running other errands
- Helping to clean up the shop after events
- Sitting in on client planning and design meetings
- Collecting content (phone photos and videos) to be used for Posh’s Social Media platforms
Qualifications
Applicant qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Independent and efficient worker
- Highly analytical thinker for identifying and solving problems
- Flexible schedule, including weekends
- Team player with professional manners
- A “customer service” mindset when working with clients
- Ability to keep cool under pressure

Hours: 12-15 hour per week, plus additional needed hours for events
