- City Taxes (Grand Rapids, Walker, Muskegon, Muskegon Heights, Detroit, Battle Creek)*
*If you live/work in the cities listed, you will need to start the specified city tax deduction by following the Update Local Withholding Elections help article. If you move out of the area where city taxes are being held on your paycheck, you will need to reach out directly to payroll to have this deduction stopped.
Out of State
These are the states GVSU is currently registered in:
- Arizona
- Illinois
- Indiana
- New York
- North Carolina
***Employees residing outside of Michigan and in a state with whom Michigan has a reciprocity, please fill out and return to Payroll the Reciprocity Agreement Form.
