The Talent Management Analyst at GVSU plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic talent and leadership programs in alignment with the university's core competencies. Tasked with overseeing the administration of critical talent systems, including the Learning Management System (LMS) and Human Capital Management System (HCM), this role focuses on optimizing and streamlining talent management processes. A key responsibility involves actively contributing to employee engagement, recognition, and performance management initiatives, directly influencing the university's work culture and employee satisfaction. The Analyst not only analyzes and reports on program efforts but also assists with strategic planning and execution of training, coaching, and professional development activities. Ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, the Talent Management Analyst facilitates a supportive transition into the university's culture. Collaborating across departments, they seek innovative solutions to align talent strategies with the university's overarching mission and vision, while actively participating in continuous improvement projects to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
