As the communications specialist within the HR office, Chelsea's responsibility is to effectively convey all messaging coming from HR, specifically via the HR website and newsletters. She helps to communicate new processes, policy updates, wellness opportunities, and other resources and events to the employee community. She also supports and promotes wellness and work-life initiatives that are available to employees and their families.

Chelsea holds a bachelor's degree from Grand Valley State University in writing, with minors in digital studies and psychology. Being a native to West Michigan, she loves spending time at Lake Michigan, exploring local trails, trying new coffee shops and breweries, and reading.
