South Apartments are primarily for returning residents, transfer students, and graduate students. South Apartments provide residents with increased privacy and space, while still being close and convenient to classes and campus resources. South Apartments are located in the South Campus Neighborhood near The Blue Connection, Niemeyer Honors College, and the Kirkhof Center. Residents can enjoy the privacy of their own bedroom and additional living space, all while still enjoying the community that South Apartments has built. Outside, there is a volleyball and basketball court, and a large courtyard where you will typically see students hanging out or playing outdoor games.
