Laker Village Apartments are townhome-style units available for some first-year students, returning students, transfer students, and graduate students. First-year residents are eligible to reside in Laker Village if they request to be in the International House. Laker Village is located in the South Campus Neighborhood near The Blue Connection, Niemeyer, the Kirkhof Center, library, and recreation facilities. Residents can walk outside their slider door to enjoy their patio and backyard space where you'll typically see residents lounging outside or playing outdoor games. There is a parking lot conveniently nearby as well as a bus stop. It's common to see porches decorated around the holidays. Residents can enjoy the privacy of their own bedroom and additional living space. Laker Village has two community centers with laundry rooms, lounge space, and mailboxes, with the front desk inside.
