Grand Valley Apartments (GVA) are primarily for returning residents, transfer students, and graduate students. GVA provides residents with increased privacy and space, while still being close and convenient to classes and campus resources. GVA is located in the South Campus Neighborhood near The Blue Connection, Library, Niemeyer Honors College, and the Kirkhof Center. Residents can enjoy the privacy of their own bedroom and additional living space, all while still being able to get involved in their community. Each building holds approximately 40 residents. Nearby outside, there is a volleyball and basketball court, and a large courtyard where you will typically see students lounging or playing outdoor games. GVA's parking lot is practically outside of your front door! This is one of our most affordable upperclassmen housing options and GVA was also recently renovated.
