South campus apartments are fully furnished and primarily for returning residents, transfer students, and graduate students. First-year residents are able to reside in on-campus apartments if they choose to live in a Living Learning Community. On-campus apartments provide residents with increased privacy and space, while still being close and convenient to classes and campus resources. They are located on South campus near The Blue Connection, Library, Niemeyer Honors College, and the Kirkhof Center. Residents can enjoy the privacy of their own bedroom and additional living space, all while still enjoying the community that has been built. Outside, you will typically see students lounging or playing outdoor games.
