Mission
The mission of GVSU Mail Services is to support the university community by providing courteous, timely, accurate, and cost effective processing of written communication and parcels.
Mail Services - Central Shipping and Receiving (Packages for Students - see below)
GVSU Mail Services is located in the Service Building. Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Housing Packages
All resident and Housing packages are picked up at the Ravine Center.
Please call (616)331-1060. Thank you.
Personal Mail
USPS Mailboxes are located in front of the Kirkhof Center, Ravines Center, Laker Village (West side), and Kliener Commons for personal mail. Please do not include personal mail with your department mail.
Stamped Mail
Stamped mail must be placed in a separate container for pick up by Mail Services. Stamps are not available from Mail Services but can be purchased at the GVSU Bookstore.
COD
Mail Services cannot accept collect on delivery mail or packages. Delivery will be refused and returned to the sender.
