All participants (receiving site coordinators see below) must contact the hotel directly via email at [email protected] and ask for your booking with special code COST26SKG. Booking window: until 31 JANUARY 2026.

Receiving site coordinators: COST will cover four (4) nights' accommodation for the "primary" receiving site coordinator. Please do not contact the hotel directly. Please send your reservation request to Anna ([email protected]) with your room preference, check-in date, and check-out date by 9 JANUARY, 2026. 
 

The hotel will send the confirmation and will ask for guarantee of your booking. In case the hotel does not have available the room type asked, they will send an alternative option.
*The cost of the first night is required, within five days from the day of the confirmation. The payment can be done by card by a secure payment link.

Payment policy: Final payment will be made on spot by the guest. 

Cancellation Policy: Reservation may be cancelled 120 days before arrival without charges. For reservations cancelled 119 or less days before arrival the deposit amount will be charged.

For last minute cancellations (20 days or less prior 14.00 (2:00pm) on arrival date) the cancellation fee is 100% of the total amount.

Deposits cannot be refunded.  Early departures will be charged with the entire amount. No-shows will be charged the total amount of stay.

Room Type: Single room (double bed, 14 sq.m., photo gallery)

Room Type : Double Room Interior View (double bed, 16 sq.m., photo gallery)
OR
Room Type : Twin room with balcony (Two single beds, 18 sq.m., photo gallery)

Room Rate: 95,00 € (per room, per night) for single use

Additional guest supplement (adult/child older than 7 yrs): +10,00 € (per person, per night) 

Please note that rooms will be allocated as run of the house depending on request
