COST 2026 Annual Meeting Registration

We're thrilled to have you join us in Thessaloniki, Greece May 11-15, 2026! Please see our Annual Conference page for additional program details.

Please note, a separate registration form must be completed for each registrant (including guests).
Please let Anna know before registering any children (under 12).

Fees
Registration fees cover venue spaces, meals (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and group ground transportation. Breakfasts are included in the hotel room rate. Please budget for individual ground transportation needs (taxis/ metros) to and from the airport and in place of walking to a few locations.

Registration for US sending site COST Coordinators and additional representatives: $400
Receiving site coordinator registration fee is waived for one (1) "primary" representative per site.
Any additional receiving site representatives will register as a "secondary receiving site representative" for $350
Guest registration fee: $350 (please let Anna know before registering any children)
Honorary Member registration fee: $350

Accommodation
US sending site representatives: Please review the rooms and rates on our webpage and reserve your room by sending your request to [email protected] using the special code COST26SKG. The deadline for booking in our block is January 31, 2026.

Receiving site representatives: Please review the rooms and rates on our webpage and send an email directly to Anna ([email protected]) with your reservation request no later than January 9. Anna will organize the booking with the hotel and COST will cover four (4) nights' accommodation for Primary receiving site representatives during the meeting. Any additional nights (before or after the meeting) will be your responsibility to pay at the hotel.

Registration Type

US Sending Site Representative: All attendees representing a US member institution (no price difference for multiple representatives).

Primary Receiving Site Representative: Reserved for one (1) representative per receiving site.

Secondary Receiving Site Representative: Any additional representative of a receiving site who will attend the COST business meetings.

Guest: Any attendee joining as a guest of a sending/ receiving site representative - not attending the COST business meetings.

Honorary Member: Any previous COST Coordinator (and their guest) attending with the Honorary Member status.

It's common for attendees to depart throughout the day on Friday, but we would like to offer an opportunity to enjoy an authentic gyro lunch (12:00-13:00) in the Ladadika (10-minute walk from hotel) for those who may have flexibility on Friday afternoon. Please help us manage expectations by indicating your interest below.
