Registration is now open!
A few notes as you navigate the registration form:
Select either COST or Education Summit and click "Add to Cart". After you've added it to your cart, you can select the type of registration from the dropdown menu.
Please complete all required fields. When you click "Continue" you'll have an option to "Continue Shopping". You can use this option if you wish to add a registration for the other conference (dependent on which registration you started with) or even wish to add another attendee from your university or organization on one transaction.
You may be required to create a "TouchNet Account". This is needed for the UWYO system in case you need to change or cancel your registration prior to the meeting. You can pay with any major credit card.
Where to Stay
Book your stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Laramie using this link: https://group.hiltongardeninn.com/cqoso (Make sure to change the stay dates to reflect your preferences).
Room rates: $159 per night (rate does not include breakfast. Breakfast is available at the hotel for an additional fee).
Note to receiving site coordinators: COST will cover three nights of your accommodation (Tuesday 5/20, Wednesday 5/21, and Thursday 5/22). You are responsible for any nights prior or after those dates. COST will include breakfast at the hotel with your accommodations (Wednesday 5/21, Thursday 5/22 and Friday 5/23). Please use the link above to reserve your room for the entire duration of your stay and forward the confirmation email to Anna.
Travel & Arrival
Arriving by Air
Fly into Denver International Airport (https://www.flydenver.com/).
You can also reserve a flight to Laramie Regional Airport (https://www.flylaramie.com/). Tickets from DIA to Laramie are typically around $150.
Getting to Laramie from Denver other than Flying
Car Rentals: This choice is what we recommend. It will allow you to have access to transportation during the Summit/COST meeting. Taxis, public transportation, and Uber are not really available in Laramie. We have tried to arrange for transportation for official events during the COST meeting, but if you want to have independence of transportation, a rental car is the way to go. You can also…
