Women's Volleyball Club
About Our Team!
We are an organization that offers a fun and competitive environment for Grand Valley students to play volleyball and be a part of a team! We travel throughout the school year to other universities for tournaments, like U of M and MSU, and participate in the NCVF National Championships every April. This year our Nationals will be held in Kansas City, Missouri. Being a member of the Women's Club Volleyball means creating friendships, staying healthy, and gaining skills that apply on and off the court.
Come visit us at Campus Life Night, where we give you information, answer questions and meet some of the players! This will be held on Sept 9th, 6-8pm.
Opens gyms will be held on Aug 29th, Aug 31st and Sept 7th, 8-10:30pm @ the Fieldhouse. These open gyms are a great way to meet new people, get to know the club and to just play volleyball!
Tryouts, 2022:
Monday, September 12th @ the Fieldhouse 8-10:30pm
Tuesday, September 13th @ the Rec Center 8-10:30pm (courts 4 and 5)

This is all orchestrated by our E-Board members, players, teammates and coaches. Below are the members of the 2023-2024 E-Board.

Halloween Practices
2021: Every year we get into the Halloween spirit by showing up to practice in costumes! This year we had players come in costumes from Mario and Luigi to Boo and Sully, making it a fun-filled practice and memories in the process, showing our Laker pride. Check out our Instagram @gvsu_vbclub to see more of our funny costumes!
