Softball Club Tryout Info

The GVSU Club Softball team will be hosting tryouts on September 15 & 17 from 6-8 p.m. Tryouts will be hosted on the Allendale campus, on Turf Field 5. The nearest parking lot is Lot H.
Persons interested in trying out should bring their own equipment, including a glove, bat, and helmet. Participants will be required to wear a face-covering and must complete the daily self-assessment tool to participate. Players will also need to join the club roster on IMLeagues and sign the waiver before tryouts. IMLeagues can be found in the Athlete Registration section on gvsuclubsports.com.
GV Club Softball is a competitive softball team that competes in the Great Lakes East Conference of The National Club Softball Association. Teams in its conference include Michigan State, SVSU, Central Michigan, Ferris State, and Lake Superior State. GVSU Club Softball will practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6-8 p.m. during the 2020-21 season.
