FAQs

1. What do we have to submit on our social media to earn points?

Tag the activity or event and the GVSU Club Sport social media handles and tag any other teams/groups involved

2. Once we have submitted on our social media, do we have to submit anywhere else?

Nope! If you think we might have missed it and we didn't confirm we got it then you might want to DM or email us just to be safe.

3. If I am unsure which exact category or how many points we should get, what should I do?

The Club Sport Department will determine the exact amount of points that are earned, so you do not have to do any of this determination yourself.

4. Can you earn points from multiple categories for one event submission?

No, only one category per event.

5. How do we know if we are approved for the points earned?

We will notify your team if you have earned points and how many points you have earned once we have reviewed it, or you will see the update in our standings with your points being added.

6. Where is the updated Club Sport cup standings located?

Located on the club sport website and weekly newsletter

7. What happens if we fail to complete one of the monthly minimum requirement items?

The Club Sport Dept. has the right to not reward any points or start taking away points until the requirements are met.
