Permanent link for Softball Season Opener Wrap-up on September 22, 2021

The GVSU Club Softball team opened their season with a sweep against conference team Lake Superior State University on Saturday 9/18. The team traveled to the UP Saturday morning and played a triple header with just two practices under their belt. The scores were as follows: Game 1: 5-0, Game 2: 20-10, and Game 3: 4-0. Great attitudes, solid defense, and focused at-bats led the girls to a 3-0 record, placing the team first in the Eastern Great Lakes Regional Conference. The team will continue to adjust and work hard at practice for the upcoming Indy Invitational Tournament on October 2&3.
