Required NASAD Disclosure: The Art Education program consists of four years of undergraduate studies. However, in order to meet the State of Michigan’s teaching certification requirements, students must also complete a year of teacher-assisted (apprenticeship) and student-teaching (internship) practicum, leading to a five-year completion timeline for the whole program.
