My favorite GV memories are all of my memories hanging out with my friends at my job at the 2020 Info Desk, Voices of GVSU Gospel Choir, and my sorority sisters of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

My favorite memory of GVSU is enjoying my first Laker bowl celebration with my Freshmen roommates after our �Come Sail Away� jam session with T-Haas at the Fieldhouse.

A favorite GVSU memory was creating and curating a student art show with my friend (also art teacher) Michelle Haapala. As art education majors, a final show was not part of our degree, but we wanted to show what our students could do.

Snow days were very scarce back when I was in college, but there was a winter where part of campus lost power in a blizzard. We played games by candlelight, went sledding and overall had a great time!

While at GVSU, I was a member of the Track & Field and Cross Country teams. My favorite memory was winning the cross country national meet in Louisville, KY during a festival year (2014) and finishing 1-2-3 with my teammates.

One of my favorite memories at Grand Valley was studying abroad at the Cannes Film Festival in France. The work experience and opportunity to travel abroad was unforgettable!
