Williams Receives the Student Life Award for Outstanding Faculty

Quincy Williams was honored with the Student Life Award for Outstanding Faculty. This award is presented to a faculty member that has had a significant impact on student life and engaging student learning (not as an advisor).
“I had the pleasure of having the course Leadership Dynamics with
Professor Williams and this class was easily the most impactful course
I have had as a student. Professor Williams challenged students to
broaden their perspective, understanding the perspective of others in
the community. He challenged us to be strong advocates on behalf of
others. He shaped us all to be more vulnerable and empathetic to be
more impactful and motivating leaders. He helped us tackle harder
conversations and made us stronger for it. His efforts should be
recognized for he truly is helping build up future leaders.”
