HTM Alumna is New Front Office Manager at JW Marriott Grand Rapids

Congratulations to Linnea for her recent promotion to Front Office Manager at the JW Marriott Grand Rapids!
Linnea has a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Grand Valley State University and she is currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Siedman School of Business at GVSU.
Linnea’s journey in the hospitality industry started with internships at the Disney Hospitality Program in Florida and JW Marriott Hotel. Linnea had the opportunity to intern at the JW Housekeeping and Front Office Departments. Her performance as an intern was an early indication of how passionate she will become about the JW brand and our Hotel.
After her graduation in 2019, Linnea joined the Group Rooms team as the JW Coordinator. Her attention to detail and clear communication has made her a valuable member of our JW team. We are excited to have her on our AYS team and to see her succeed on her new role!
