Experiential Learning Pilot Programs

Smaller Projects: Awards up to $1500 per unit. Support for one-time costs to scale up or get experiential learning programs off the ground. Funds cannot be used for faculty stipends.
Larger Pilot Programs: Awards of no more than $10,000 may be available to pilot larger programs.

Only one application per unit will be accepted. All applications must clearly articulate how this program will benefit students, provide a detailed budget, outline a plan for sustaining the program beyond the pilot and include a letter of support from the Unit Head.

A report on the outcome of the pilot program must be submitted within 6 months of completion.

Priority will be given to programs where most of the funds go to students.

Applications will be reviewed as the come in. A decision is typically made with in 10 business days.

The Voyage Team will review requests.
