Biomedical sciences (BMS) is the preeminent choice of major at GVSU for students interestedin health-related careers. These include medicine (human and veterinary), dentistry, physicianassistant studies, pharmacy, and nursing. It is also an excellent choice for students interested infurthering their training at the graduate level (e.g. microbiology, physiology, immunology,nutrition, public health).
