The Ludington & Scottville Area Chamber of Commerce and the Ludington Area Convention & Visitors Bureau (LACVB) jointly announced that Brandy Henderson will rejoin their staff, effective Jan. 1, 2018. Henderson will fill the executive director position of the LACVB she previously held from February 2013 to August 2015. Henderson also will take the position of vice president at the Chamber. Henderson holds a degree in advertising and public relations from Grand Valley State University. She began working for the Chamber upon college graduation as communications coordinator. She was then promoted to marketing manager for the LACVB, and from there was chosen to fill the executive director position. She left the CVB in 2015 to work as the Career and Technical Education Marketing instructor for the West Shore Educational Service District. During this time, Henderson continued working with the CVB as a marketing contractor.
