Lohren Carter-Nzoma was named Senior Executive Director of Exceptional Student Education for Detroit Public Schools Community District in July, 2018. Responsibilities include: all special education, 504, and gifted programs for the largest public school district in Michigan. Lohren was formerly Assistant Director of Special Education for Ann Arbor Public Schools.
